Welcome to Refined Touch. Our clinic provides professional aesthetic and therapeutic services, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, vitamin injections, fat-dissolving treatments, skin booster injections, medical weight loss injections, sports massage, injury-focused treatments, and tension-release massage. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.

• Booking Method: All appointments are booked through direct message  on our social media channels or via the website.
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• Payment Methods: The remaining balance for your treatment must be paid in full before treatment begins.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if necessary, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided that you give at least 48 hours notice.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time without losing your deposit, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. To reschedule, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly through the email service method used for booking. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend without rescheduling within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will require a new deposit to book future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: Our appointment schedule is often fully booked, so please arrive on time. If you are over 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• Age Restriction: All treatments are available to clients aged 18 or older. Clients under 18 may only receive treatment with a parent or legal guardian present to consent.
• Identification: Please bring a valid photo ID to verify your age. Failure to provide ID upon request may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

Certain health conditions or medications may prevent you from receiving specific treatments at Refined Touch. Contraindications include but are not limited to:

• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Certain aesthetic treatments may not be suitable.
• Allergies or Sensitivities: To any treatment ingredients, anaesthetics, or fillers.
• Chronic Skin Conditions include eczema, psoriasis, or active acne in the treatment area.
• Autoimmune Conditions or Immune-Suppressive Therapies
• Blood-Thinning Medications: Medications like aspirin or anticoagulants.
• Active Infections: In the area to be treated.
• Certain Medical Conditions: Such as uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart conditions.

Client’s Responsibility: You must disclose any relevant medical history, current health conditions, or medications during your consultation. Failure to provide accurate health information could result in adverse reactions. Refined Touch is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

• Arrival: Please plan your travel to ensure timely arrival. Parking is available directly outside our clinic for convenience.
• Solo Appointments: For safety and focus, please attend your appointment alone. No children or additional guests are permitted in the treatment area.

• Consent Forms: You are required to complete a consent form before your treatment. Please read this form carefully and answer all questions truthfully. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may affect treatment outcomes. Refined Touch is not liable for complications if the form is completed inaccurately or without full consideration.
• Aftercare Instructions: Post-treatment aftercare is essential for optimal results and to minimize potential side effects. Refined Touch will provide specific aftercare instructions at the end of each appointment. We are not liable for issues arising from failure to follow these instructions.

• Insurance Requirements: We will take before and after photographs of the treatment area for insurance purposes.
• Marketing Use: With your consent, these images may also be used in our marketing materials, including our social media, website, and promotional content. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

• Client Health: It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical history, health conditions, or recent procedures. Certain treatments may be unsuitable for specific conditions. If you experience any symptoms or conditions post-treatment, please seek medical assistance.

• Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of our services, all treatments are final. Refunds are not available once a treatment has been completed.
